Paradise Cove

On Father's Day we got to enjoy the luau at Paradise Cove.

Once again, this is the same luau that Matt and I went to last time we visited the island- have to post a couple of the old photos!

It was fun to go again now that we have James.
He makes everything wonderful!

Our little Hawaiian boy had fun hanging around this giant tiki.

We started the evening by making some Hawaiian bracelets.

James preferred not to wear his and just carried it around instead.
Notice that cute aloha shirt- love the swap meet!

28 week baby belly!

Not sure how I ended up with this parrot picture.
They were heavily policing the use of personal cameras.

Sneaky snapshot!

This guy climbed all the way to the top...

And down came the flower shower!

Hukilau nets... a luau tradition.

A great setting for family photos!

Grandkids

Cousins.... this is James' "cheeeeeese" face.

Love my little family.

Happy Father's Day!  Three generations of Backman in this photo.

I have an incredible husband.

James loves his Dad!

Giving kisses...

Kisses returned.

James enjoyed the beginning of the luau show,
but fell asleep about halfway through.

Happy Father's Day to the most wonderful husband and father!

James' masterpiece, made especially for Matt.
