James turned one on Thursday!
It's hard to believe- this last year has flown by. Needless to say, it has been wonderful. James brings us so much joy!
The birthday parties (yes, plural) are in a few weeks, but we still had a small celebration on Thursday.
Morning kisses for dad before he leaves for work:
Grandpa stopped in to give James a special gift!
Rare coin- #2 in the set. James received #1 before he was born.
Later... visits with Tutu and Uncle Brett.

After dinner, James got to open presents! I wasn't sure how interested he would be.
Surprise! James LOVED ripping the paper off!

Finally, time for some cake!
No surprises here, he loved it!
