Mikayla turned eleven months old while we were in Hawaii! It's hard to believe this will be the last of my "X Months Old" postings... the next time, she will be one year old! It has gone by so fast.
At eleven months old, Mikayla can already say so many words! She mimics almost everything we say, plus or minus a few letters. For awhile her favorite word was "no!" probably because she heard her brother saying it so much! She would even shake her head as if to say "no!" Not my favorite!
One of my new favorites, though, is her clapping! She likes to clap her hands and say "yaaaay!" Love it.
One of her new favorite foods: tofu! Who would've thought? Wonder if she'll be almost-vegetarian like her mom. :)
Other happenings: Mikayla climbs everywhere. I turned my head for a second and she was at the top of the stairs. Scary! Glad we have those baby gates. Not just stairs- she also likes to climb slides and ladders!
One major milestone- this girl is now forward facing! We turned her a few weeks before her first birthday. She definitely meets the weight requirement, and it was torturing her having to listen to the movies her brother was watching, without being able to see!
She is happy with this new change!
