Roegner Park Puddles

The kids and I enjoyed a sunny day at the park.

A break from the winter weather to ride bikes,

play in the river,

throw rocks,

and splash in some major puddles!

Tiny Dancer

Mikayla looooves dancing. She dances any time her ear catches a tune.

The other day we picked her up from the toddler room at church and the teacher said that she "did great and was dancing the whole time."

Potty Trained!

James learned to use the potty at the end of January/ early February.

Once we decided it was time to potty train, it happened quickly! Within three days James was wearing underwear all day and even staying dry at night. He was ready!

My sweet baby boy is a big boy now! Here he is modeling his Thomas underwear.  We have since added Mickey Mouse and Cars underwear. Picking which one he is going to wear is his favorite thing to do when he wakes up each morning.

Quilt From Grandma B

Grandma B made Mikayla the most beautiful quilt.

Lots of purples and Hawaiian prints- a perfect match for her bedroom!

And, it is extra special because she used many of my Tutu's old pieces of quilting fabrics to make it. A little piece of her Great Tutu will always be with her.

Thanks Grandma B, it's a forever-treasure!
