Six Months Old!

I can't believe Mikayla is halfway to one year! The last six months have absolutely flown by.

M's six month stats:

26 1/4 inches long (75th percentile)

18 inch head circumference

20 pounds 2 ounces- above the 97th percentile 

Yes, she is a big girl!  Our pediatrician is super happy with her growth.

At six months old, Mikayla loves to hold her own bottle. 

My little girl is so grown up!

She is eating more new solid foods.  She is also mega mobile! Not quite crawling but can roll herself across a room!

She loves to play.

And really loves to watch her brother!

She is my little angel.

Solid Foods!

For a few months we've watched Mikayla lunge desperately for our plates at dinner time.

So a couple weeks before her six month "birthday," we introduced solids!

Our munchkin was beyond ready!  

Notice her concerned look over the taste of rice cereal... but she kept coming back for more!!

On her official six month mark, Matt got to feed Mikayla her first banana!

The milestones are coming so fast!

Spring, Is That You?

The sunny days are starting to make an appearance!  The kids had a great time soaking up some vitamin D a few weeks ago.

Peak Gymnastics

Corynne and Kade took us to Peak Gymnastics in Enumclaw for a play date.

James had the best time! There were so many fun, new things to experience here.

A great choo choo train bounce house! Perfect for James' love for trains!

After mastering this little slide, we did the big, fast blow up slide! 

I loved this giant box of foam. James could jump in, go crazy, and mom didn't have to worry about him getting hurt!

I love watching these videos, he had such a great time that day!! 

We are adding this to our weekly schedule!

(Second) Cousins

The kids all got to play together at Shon and Shelly's a few weeks ago!

James has a BLAST with Ethan.
